If the Creator doesn’t deliver the video message by the date/time set by the fan, should the Fan automatically be refunded?
Can the fan cancel the request anytime before the Creator delivers the Video Message?
When a Creator delivers the video message, should the payout release from Calaxy escrow automatically, at the time the video message is delivered?
If the fan isn’t happy with the video and wants a refund, do they get one?
If the Fan has an active Video Message request, and the Creator raises the price of video messages, is the old rate still honoured for the fan?
If the Fan has an active Video Message request paid for in $USDC, and the Creator lowers the price of video messages, who pays the gas fees on the refund of $USDC from escrow to reflect the adjusted lower escrow requirement?
If the Fan has an active Video Message request, and the Creator flips off the availability of Video Messages from their Shop manager, what happens?
The Fan’s Video message request will remain, but no new video message requests can be sent. The Creator can decide whether or not they want to complete existing video message requests.
