Does a Creator need to explicitly decline Shoutout requests? | No. They can just ignore it (and optionally message the fan to tell them “sorry” or whatever + the reason for the decline). Or.. the fan will eventually get tired of waiting and cancel the request to get trigger a refund. |
When should the Payout be released to the Creator? | The moment Calaxy can verify the shoutout was on the Creator’s account for 24hrs. (At the 24hr mark) |
If the Creator doesn’t respond to the Shoutout by the expiry time (the time the Fan needs the shoutout), what happens? | The shoutout will expire (cancel) and the fan will be refunded. |
