Do Creators need to manually approve pending video call bookings on their calendar?	Yes
If a Creator cancels the booking and the booking was paid for in $USDC, who pays the gas fee for Escrow → Fan refund?	Calaxy
Can a fan cancel a booking anytime before the booking?	The fan can cancel up to 48 hours before the booking. Inside 48 hours, they cannot cancel. They could however, message the Creator and ask the Creator to cancel (triggering a refund)
Can the Creator cancel the booking anytime before the call time?	Yes
If a Creator doesn’t show up for the call, does the fan get a full refund?	Yes
Who pays the gas fee for this refund if the call was paid for in $USDC?	Calaxy
How many minutes late does the Creator have to be, for the call to end and Calaxy automatically refunds the Fan?	10min
If a Fan doesn’t show up for the call, does the fan get a full refund?	No, the Creator is paid in full.
How many minutes late does the Fan have to be, for the call to end and Calaxy automatically pays the Creator?	5min
If the Fan has an active Video Call booking, and the Creator raises the price of video calls, is the original rate honoured for the fan?	Yes
If the Fan has an active Video Call booking, and the Creator flips off the availability of Video Calls from their Shop manager, what happens?	Fans booking remains. But no future bookings can be made. It will be up to the Creator if they still want to take the video call, or cancel (and trigger a full refund).
Who pays the gas fees on the fan refund in this scenario if the call was paid for via $USDC?	Calaxy
If the Creator edits their booking availability window in their Shop manager, and a fan has a booking in a window that is no longer available, what happens?	Fans booking remains. But no future bookings can be made in that availability zone. It will be up to the Creator if they still want to take the video call, or cancel (and trigger a full refund).
Can a Fan make edits to the booking, or reschedule the call, after initially booking?	Yes, up until the moment the Creator accepts the call. After this, they will have to cancel and submit a new request if they want to make changes.
What’s the soonest I, as a Fan, can book a call on the Creator’s calendar from the time of booking?	The soonest available! There is no minimum time buffer.
What’s the furthest out I as a fan can book a call on the Creator’s calendar from the time of booking?	Infinity
If I as a Fan am not happy with the video call after the fact, am I entitled to a refund?	No
How soon after a completed video call should the payout be released to the Creator from Escrow?	Immediately (Instant Payout)
Who pays the gas fees for the Creator Payout?	Calaxy
Who pays the gas fees for the fan return?	Calaxy
How long does the average Video Call last between a Creator and a Fan?	3-5min
What is the minimum amount of time a Creator has to be on a Video Call for the call to count and unlock a Payout?	1 min
If the Creator or the Fan drops the call unintentionally mid-way through the call, how long until the call auto-cancels?	2 min
If the fan doesn’t reconnect (maybe their mobile carrier is down or something) and the call ends midway through the allotted duration, does the Fan get refunded for the unused portion of the call?	If the Fan drops, the Creator always gets a payout.
